Despite the fact that I occasionally find him dull when he's being "good Stefan," it's hard to deny what was sagte at the very beginning of the pilot -- this is his story. There are Mehr DE Fans than other other ship and they can't afford to string us along forever. Even if she does choose Stefan, she can't forget about that hot KISS with Damon in 3x19. It will stay with her. SE hasn't had that kind of passion since season 1, which is why I jumped that ship and hopped on the DE one to begin with. The chemistry there is unbelieveable and can't be ignored. Besides, the longer they take to get together, the Mehr right and lasting their bond will be when it happens.
