I know that I am minority but look back to the other seasons..when it was all regenbogen and Einhörner for stelena during the season 2 at the end the win goes to damon. In season 3 it was all delena and at the end she chose Stefan. In season 4 it was all about the delena Von now. So my bet is that at the end Julie will find a way to bring back stelena. In webclip 1 for 4x15 Shane tolds Bonnie, she will see that Silas will bring whoever helped him back from the death, which means he can bring Jeremy out of dead, as he kind of helped him (Silas fed on him, and they used him for the hunter to realise Silas).
