-Elena saying she can't think about 'always' right now when she chose Stefan
-Elena telling Damon 'maybe if we met first' which they DID
-Elena saying his Liebe consumes her and the parallel with Damon saying she wants a consuming Liebe

Eveytime I think about the scene between Elena and Damon in the car and the fact she didn't choose him, it make my herz hurt and I want to cry! Despite the fact that I really wanted Elena to choose him, it was so well acted out. Nina and Ian were amazing. I want to keep positive for a Delena future and I encourage all of Du to do so too! This isn't the end, but rather a new beginning.

So much foreshadowing in this episode- "I can't think about always, I can just think about now"= Elenas choice is just for now "Maybe if we met first" THEY DID and she will remember it and she will remember Damons "I Liebe you, Elena" in 2x08 I also loved Damon talking about that she wants a passionate and consuming Liebe with a little bit of danger, isn't that how Elena described being with Damon?
