Well, it's just a cartoon.

For a start... I get that it may not be setting a good example for young children, but, let's face it, young children don't even understand it.

Secondly, if Du don't think that the TV Zeigen is setting a good example for your children, then DON'T let them watch it - It's that simple.

Thirdly, for kids over 15, I think they are capable of making some of their own decisions in life, so they can decide whether they want to watch the show. If their parents don't agree with that, then they can enforce it, as, chances are, a 15 Jahr old will be living under their parents' roof.

And, lastly, it comes down to religion, oder rather, whether Du are Christian oder not. That is what decides whether Du believe in having children before marriage, because not everybody believes that is the case.

In conclusion, it's a flippin' TV programme, I don't see the necessity in making such a big deal over a concept shown in TV. At the end of the day, most people who watch it won't even think about that one particular bit and, if Du do, well, that's your own decision to make.

erm.... its a cartoon. i was surprised to hear that she was pregnant, but i knew before she actually sagte it. remember pb's herz moniter? it showed pb and rainicorn on the moniter but Weiter to rainicorn were several dots, resembling little babies. i wasnt exactly sure she was until she said, though.
but to answer ur question, its wrong in real life but in a cartoon, it doesnt really matter.

Sure it is ethics & precendance. No it is NOT a good message~ BUT they are animals... sooooo do Katzen and Hunde have a wedding ceremony & a marriage certif? Noooooo~ Is that bad? Noooo. Humans are the only Tiere that are legalists to complicate the cornflakes I know of. Perhaps such formalities are not nessicary there where they live?

I think we will eventually see other things - like a lesbian love, much like between PB & Marceline might have been considered. Mehr and Mehr kids are finding themselves with TWO dads oder TWO Moms, and feelings themselves, eventually Cartoons targeted at a younger audience will seek to incorporate and assimilate that... gay rights will be addressed at some point and networks are already deciding it is acceptable for primetime, now what about incorporating it in daytime cartoons?

Dude, it's a freaking cartoon. Yes it would be unacceptable to complete christian people to have a kid before marrying but some people arent so there are exceptions. As long as they Liebe each other (and they do as Du can see in the cartoon) it's kinda nice. Sooooo yeahhhh....

Dude. It's a cartoon. They're Tiere in a past apocalyptic world. How much do Du think they know? Finn didn't go to school, and it's the law for a child to go to school oder be Home schooled. He doesn't know anything except how to kill stuff and how to win fights.

Because this is the land of Ooo the laws and rights are different so it doesn't matter. It's not exactly the only thing they've done that doesn't make sense/ isn't ethical to us is it?
