Fubuki is slightly flirty with some girls, he loves to have fun, he's very caring for his friends, doesn't care about what others think of him, is willing to embarrass the heck out of himself, is completely reckless sometimes, can be serious in a serious situation, but otherwise, is even willing to swing, schaukel out of a baum and surprise people...he does this in the Japanese anime, I'm not kidding.
