But other than that I would say that Shikamaru from Naruto is incredibly smart!

Not only can she hack into oben, nach oben secret government bases and files , she can also hack into satellites , create special machines when gegeben the parts , and always seems to be two steps in front of everyone else .

In fact in one episode just one I thought everything was Lost Matsu comes out of no where with a back up plan * not giving spoilers on it * and basically helps bring hope back .
