I've never made one but when I tried to figure out how a website said:
Du need to download specific things, and In order to get the Anime clips Du need to take a DVD of the Anime and burn the disc into your computer. Du now have the clips. Then (I think) Du go into ITunes and pick a song Du would want to use.
If Du have all of those things Du can then do your own research and put your video in pieces and build it together ~
Du can download the clips of your fav anime. From which ever website. Get the song Du want. download. Du can Du sony vegas that Du can download for free. ( Thats what most people on Youtube use.I'm not about to get into that tho. ) oder Du can use some other thing to add effects. oder just use simple wmm. Which Du do have on your computer. It's Mehr difficult than it looks, but it depends. for a newperson.
There are quite a few programs Du could download, but none for free (unless you're good at that kind of thing) so if Du have windows, Du should have a pre-installed program called windows movie maker. With that all Du need to have is the downloaded Videos (try googling where Du can download them for free) and editing them to Musik in the program. If Du don't have the song already, I would try to convert the song from a Youtube video to mp3 (again, just Google it.)

I've never made one but currently I'm trying to Bearbeiten one from a friend to make it my own and the program I'm using is Windows Movie Maker not easy with this program (bit of a pain sometimes) and the program automatically came with my computer so I can't tell Du where oder how to get it.
But some people on Du Tube say in the Beschreibung what program they used for the making of their AMV.
I downloaded some episodes in mp4 format. Then, I went into Windows Live Movie Maker and used a bunch of different effects and animations. Movie Maker isnt the best program, but its a start.
well I've never made one but a free movie editor that's WAY better than Windows is called lightworks don't worry its free to! link and if Du want to download Filme from Youtube into MP4 I suggest using a site called Keepvid which is also free link
