Rin from Mnemosyne is a great fighter. Although if Du think about it she does die a lot. But she's immortal so she still wins right? She's saved the world and some lives a few times despite her deaths so I guess that makes her a good fighter. Otherwise I'd say Yomi Isayama from Ga-Rei: Zero is a great fighter despite her loss to Kagura.
