It's probably out of print, but maybe Du can get an old copy of Cromartie High School on amazonas, amazon oder ebay. It's an Anime completely played for laughs--no drama getting in the way. It's bizarre, but I Liebe it. It's about a "normal" kid who attends a school full of delinquents, including a gorilla and a robot who doesn't realize he's a robot. I can't do it justice here, but it's really funny.

Rosario + Vampire, Soul Eater, and Sekirei have plenty of comedy in them.

Here's a recommendation: Stay the hell away from Hetalia. The "comedy" in that Anime is equivalent to that of the movie Soul Plane (in other words, completely unfunny and ridiculously offensive).
