She complains about Psyduck don't being able to swim, when she never even teaches it.

i wouldnt say hes the biggest but naraku from inuyasha. heres why:
-he never apears as himself.
-he uses a demon puppet to fight for him
-he creates new demons and orders them to do stuff when they dont want to (kagura)
-he always makes deals with people but there is always a catch (sesshomaru, tsubaki)
-right when u think hes dead he comes back!
-there are lots Mehr too

-Is responsible for the death of half Earth's population.
-Making a girl go blind, than making fun of her.
-Cutting off a child's arm, than kidnapping his sister.
-Making little girls cry.
-Punching a catgirl in the face DX
-Made EVERY character of the series cry, at least once.
-Always kicks people when they are down.
-Threw a child into a pit, for no appearant reason.
-Made fun of a girl for being in love.
-Almost lead an innocent girl to her death.
-Turned a little boy into a incestuous pychopath with a brother complex.


There's a ton more, but if I typed ALL his crimes, I'd have sore fingers.
And despite being the biggest arsch in Anime history, has one of the largest fandoms of the blazblue series. (WTF)
