Is it just me or....

I know I typically prefer dubbed shows over subs because:

1. Watching them is a bit easier in two ways. One because Du can pay Mehr attention to the actions on screen instead of the words at the bottom (I just Liebe to pick out and notice every little detail and every movement in everything. Once I see an episode 10 times over, I've noticed at least 20 actions that I didn't before) , and it's easier for me to watch them when they're on Funimation channel instead of watching them online (my computer has a Passwort ): and I like Funimation dubs)
2. The dubs are fun to laugh at, especially when Du read the Manga first and had their voices in your mind, then heard something totally different from it.
3. I think the dubs are pretty good :)
4. It is a known fact that I know English better than Japanese, although I Liebe Singen the themes in Japanese, especially Paper Moon and Monichrome KISS :)
5. I Liebe trying to figure out if the voice actors from one dub are dubbing other shows I like, too. Sometimes the voices confuse me because voice actors are really good at changing their voices for a part, and also sometimes the characters are very, VERY different and it's hard to believe they have the same voice. In Japanese, too! In Japanese, Ciel from Kuroshitsuji, Haruhi from Ouran, and Crona from Soul Eater share a seiyuu. Never would've seen that combo...

Thats true... even though it's not the original, I watch Dubs sometimes.
I think It's because it's easier to do..say Du have a hard Tag at work oder something, and all Du wanna do is relax and watch *Insert anime* It's easier to watch it dubbed, because Du don't have to strain your eyes Lesen the subtitles... I dont know it's just my Zufällig guess.. sorry if it didnt make sense...

I completely agree. I know that when I want to watch anime, I wanna watch it in its original form in the language in which it was originally produced. I dunno how people can watch dubs though. Every time I happen to look at it when its on the tv, I always start laughing at the crappy dubs it has.

Basically, I never liked watching it with dubs.

I Enjoy watching Anime with subs because it better to me & it's the easiest way to learn some Japanese words & sentence ^_^
& I like the Japanese voices

I don't really have a preferance, I'll watch dubbed oder subbed. Mostly all Anime is better than alot the live action stuff out these days. At least that's my opinion

I prefer to watch Subs. There are a lot of benefits to it. I'll watch dubs from time to time, but it's just not the same.

I watch subs cause the language is kind of funny,plus am used to it.

I personally prefer watching subbed Animes, because A) The dubs are usually incorrect and they ALWAYS censor swearwords, B) I don't get to hear the character's real voice in the dubs and C) Original is always better.

Thats true! I think it sounds better when they're speaking Japanese. The English voice actors sound horrible most of the time anyway.
But maybe people like to watch dubs Mehr then subs because they don't feel like reading?

I like the dubs more, because I don't know Japanese perfectly so I prefer to watch the dub version.......

When watching subbed Du have to keep Lesen which gets a little annoying sometimes, but when watching dub Du just sit back and relax.....

So basically I like the dub Mehr if there is no dub of an Anime version I watch the sub version

I prefer subs over dubs. Whenver I read that someone prefer dubs, laziness is the first thing that comes to my mind. I know that's not always the case, but it's just the first thing that pops into my head. Some people say they prefer dubs so that they can pay attention to the action, I don't know, maybe it's because I grew up watching asian Filme with subtitles, I don't have trouble keeping up with the action and subtitles. I remember watching Sailor Moon and Dragon Ball Z dubbed when I was younger and I always thought they sounded weird, now I know why, it was because they were dubbed. If someone had shown me the Anime with subtitles (internet wasn't a big thing yet), I would have gladly chosen the subtitled version over the dubbed. Subs keep the Anime in its orginal form making it sound and feel Mehr authenic.

i like subs Mehr cause its the original voices and i learn japanese like that ;D
