Have Du ever tried to get someone to watch anime?

well lots of my Friends already like Anime but I did tried to get one of my Friends to like Anime but failed lol, I did get like 30 people addicted to Soul Eater :D but they arent as addicted as me LOL but they Liebe it ;)

I forced my friend to watch Lucky star, sterne with me, she loved it!
I also forced my other friend to read the Manga of Shugo Chara, then we watched the anime. LOVED IT!

Now all my Friends Liebe anime/manga. :D

yupperz i was at a sleepover with my bff and so i showed her the first episode of ouran highschool host club and she totally fell in Liebe with it and now its mine and her fav show

Yes but she wouldn't watch it. But I'll never give up one way oder another she will watch it

yes, countless times. Like with my sis and my cus. But i think the funniest time ever is when i tried to get my friend to read mangas and then watch anime. She is always hating on the mangas i bring to school like Death Note and Tegami Bachi. So in stead of a shonen, i'm like "you should try shojo oder something." So recommended her lucky star, Her personality is just like Kagami's so i think she'll like her.

Yes. And it has worked about everytime except for once.

I tried to get my brother into it, he kinda did...I guess. He was obsessed with Fullmetal Alchemist for the longest time and can name over fifteen different Anime (although he's only seen a select few) He wants to see Soul Eater and D. Grayman, but he keeps putting it off -_- But I did get my best friend into it. She's seen most of Vampire Knight, some Gundam 00, Spiral and Shakugan no Shana. She really wants to see xxxHOLiC and Death Note. She's getting there ^^" She draws some and wants to get into Kuroshitsuji like I am. Everything I know, she wants to know.

Yeah, I normally fail. Unless it's one of my Friends who likes anime.

my brother began to watch Soul Eater in the Internet. Then today, he already finished it. His Weiter target Anime is Fairy Tail.

Yes i try to get my so called father to watch it but he called it crap so i give up.

First of all Bravo to Du for trying so hard to spread the Liebe of anime! I also tried to get some people to watch! *my dad included!* My dad sagte that he hated the Japanese and would never watch anything related to them......but he didnt know my tactics :P! I showed him Naruto one Tag and didnt tell him that it was and Anime and he LOVED it! *Score one for me :P!* Me and my youngest sister bugged her friend to watch oder -ehem- read the series of Full Metal and once he was into the book, he loved it! I think that Anime is just labeled as a bad thing with only the themes of sex, drugs, and violence......which is a real shame b/c if Mehr people watched maybe they would realize the patheticness of the human race and how mean we are to one another. I am trying to make Mehr people watch for the morals and I am proud of myself for watching and i consider myself to be helping..........if only one person at a time.

i managed to convince my entire family to watch naruto. my mom even cried when jiraiya died.

I tried and failed but I was only able to convince one person to watch Kaichou wa maid sama. She liked the Zeigen but she didn't care much for for the guy Usui Takumi because she thought since he wasn't real it was no point. :(

I tried once to get my friend tp watch "K-ON" and some other animes,but she hated them and she never want to see them,i dont know why,she never tolled me,she always looks Disney and nickelodeon tv-series like hannah montana and shake it up...i like them too but i watch other things too....she never watch Cartoons so maybe she dont watch animes becuse she is stupid LOL (no she isnt),but she dont know what are mangas(really LOCA!!) ---> never mind i know now that my Friends never heard something aboat animes and mangas,they thing thats a thing from another planet!!!but i will try to learn them to like animes,but everyone can like what they want <3<3

yeah ! I´m trying to get my sister to watch Kuroshitsuji with me :) I have already watched the first one but I want to watch the Anime again and, yeah,, trying to get her intrested in watching with me :D

I want one particular friend of mine to watch Death Note. She already Fan girls for Mello and Matt, but has never seen it, and it bugs me. >.<

I believe that the only Anime series she has seen, so far, are Black Butler and Vampire Knight. I only like the Manga of Black Butler, I don't think she has ever heard of manga, and I do not care to watch VK, so I would like for us to have at least one series in common. Because of that, I recommended my Favorit series. :)

Yep my mother... she kept saying Anime is cartoon and it's for kids so I watched "Shingeki No Kyojin" with her and she totally changed her mind. Also I told my friend that she should watch "Fruits Basket" she watched it and loved it now she always ask me for romance comedy Anime series she is kind of addicted.

I got my friend to watch Hunter x Hunter and Fairy Tail. (I don't think RWBY counts as anime,right? If so then I got her into that too.) I also got her sister to watch Fairy Tail. So yeah,they watched it and liked it.
