History:
Rose Walker, born in October 2001, grew up in a nice New York apartment due to the fact her father was the governor of New York at the time, having been elected the election Jahr after Rose was born. Her father loved and cared for her very much. Her parents divorced quietly when she was 8, her mother maintaining complete custody of her brother and partial custody of Rose.
Her mother was flying back to New York the following Jahr with her brother to spend Thanksgiving with her when their plane crashed. Unknown to Rose at the time, the plane crash that killed her mother was set up Von the same man who would kill her best friend's father two years later. Her brother was confirmed to be on the plane, but was never found, dead oder alive, Von officials.
Rose went to the same private school as Samuel Grant. Sam's father was one of the richest men in America, but not very famous at the time. Rose developed a close friendship with Sam. Sam trusted her with his most private feelings and Rose therefore became the only one who could comfort him after his father's "suicide".
Sam worked for two years to catch his father's killer, but failed. His mother was falsely named insane and Sam retreated to a house in Pennsylvania. Rose came to spend the summer with him and ultimately ended up helping him become Red Revenge.
After Sam was almost knocked unconscious Von a group of thugs, Rose stahl, stola one of her father's cars to come help him. Sam revealed to her that he had raided his father's murderer's house and discovered he had engineered Rose's mother's death and brother's disappearance. Rose agreed to help Sam more. Sam didn't know until a few months later that Rose meant becoming a vigilante too.
The two hunted down, gathered evidence and ultimately confronted the man. Sam was about to kill him when police stormed the roof and accidentally knocked him off. Sam survived and was re-united with his mother. Rose had no one to re-unite with. Not yet.
Rose took winter vacation in Minnesota with her father to think about being a vigilante. Upon her return, she became convinced Sam was seeing another girl: Alexa Lynx. Sam tried to tell Rose Alexa was forcing herself upon him and was the Night Huntress. Rose refused to listen until Alexa approached Vendicta and explained before leaving for Manhattan.
Rose was still uneasy with Sam, but decided to forgive him. The following summer, before Rose's 16th birthday, she fell ambush to a trap meant to kill Red Revenge. A combination of nerve gas and experimental lasers caused Rose to suffer from temporary insanity, blindness, and paralysis. After recovering, Rose discovered she had the power of flight and invulnerability as well as becoming a pyrokinetic.
That election year, her father Lost the race for governor. Deciding there was nothing left for them in New York, Rose's father moved them to Minnesota. Deciding to remain Vendicta, Rose told her father who she was.

The forerunner to the Venusian alien invasion landed in Minnesota. Rose went to investigate and was abducted. Before she could be tested upon Von the aliens, a small group of "heroes" calling themselves the "Freedom Fighters" saved her and recruited Red Revenge and his new partner smaragd to help them fight back the alien invasion.
