Did anyone else notice that Nestor's father, the King, looks very different one episode to another, but his mother doesn't really change?

Nestor's parents have appeared in "Fall of Odyssia Pt. 2" and "In Suchen of the Royal Family" (Episodes 8 and 9 of season 1). In FoO, King Panning has a very youthful look and is about the same height as the Queen - his head shape is the same as Nestor's. In ISotRF he's taller, broader, and his head shape is totally different!

I suppose his appearance could have simply been changed in the many years that passed between the two episodes - but the queen's look really doesn't change. Do Du guys think this was purposeful oder accidental?
