After the two performances Von Jacki and Jennavive, I got a bit nervous. I've heard Jacki sing before and I know she's definately in. There's no way ANYBODY would say no to her. But the reason I was nervous was that there were only 2 open spots left and 3 girls left to go, including me. I knew Jennavive wasn't in because she sucks major balls.

Back at the theatre, Veronica put her long black hair up in a ponytail, giving me deja vu from Heather on first season.

"OK, Weiter is....Destiny."

Destiny flicked her long, curly black hair and sweetly got a mic and stood up onstage.

"And I guess you're singing?" Veronica asked dumbly.

"Yep."

"OK, may I ask what you're singing, your Highness?" Veronica smirked mockingly.

"Uh, Bad Romance Von Lady Gaga." Destiny smiled.

Jacki and I laughed really quietly.

"Mkay, knock yourself out." Veronica said.

Destiny cleared her throat, tossed a ringlet out of her face, and began to sing.

"Um...wow." Veronica was stunned. As was I. I automatically knew Destiny was in, and it hurt me because she's one of my best Friends and I know I suck at singing, so im not in.

"Thank you." Destiny bowed and left the stage.

"Intermission! Inter...mission.?" I sputtered out loudly.

"Uh..intermission, guys." Veronica sagte and everyone took five.

I quickly ran behind the theatre and leaned against the Wand - and sighed. If I don't get in, our team could lose, and everyone probably knows that I'm Mehr competitive than Courtney. I know that's hard to beleive, but I am. It's not something I'm proud of, but-

"Hey." A voice sagte from behind me, scaring the sh*t out of me. I didn't turn around because I recognized that deep voice.

"What do Du want, Duncan?" I crossed my arms, my back to him.

"I want to say I'm sorry."

"You sagte it already."

"I know and I tried to tell Du that I meant what I sagte but Du deserted me and left me like an asshole."

"Excuse me!?" I turned around sharply and got a good grip on his hemd, shirt collar, and brought his face closer to mine menacingly.

"You better shut the fuck up about gossip about me because once something gets out, and I track it back to you, I'll kick Du somewhere Du don't want to be kicked, SO HARD, that Du ain't gonna be able to be a father." I sagte softly.

Duncan gulped, which I really wished he didn't do.

Admit it, Bella Ann. Du like him and Du know it-

STFU, conscience!

I groaned. I hate that name. Bella Ann. My birthname. Ugh, yuck yuck.

I pulled Duncan's face a bit closer to mine.

"Are we clear?" I asked sweetly and angelically.

"Crystal." His deep, brash voice mocked my orderly tone.

I see where I get the uptightness from.

I released Duncan's hemd, shirt and started to walk away.

I heard him sigh behind me and I turned a bit to see him lean against the Wand and sink to the ground.

"Pathetic." I shook my head.

He sighed again, not looking at me. "You treat me like an asslicking uncle fucker without even knowing my backstory."

I sighed, and, unwilligly, I sat down Weiter to him. "What's your backstory?"

He sighed AGAIN, and looked at the sky. "Three years ago, I performed a song I wrote at a nearby konzert arena, close to where my family used to live. I played my acoustic gitarre and I thought I was amazing. Then, something completely Zufällig ruined that."

I remained quiet.

"In the far back of the room, a woman started screaming "My baby is dead! He was suffocated Von the noise!" and everybody started freaking out and covering their ears and they kept themselves from breathing to make sure they didnt inhale anything poisonous from my music."

"I was devastated. I thought Musik was a real career option, but idk. I mean people kept booing and I never sang again." Duncan finished.

I put my hand on his shoulder. "So this is what all of this is about? Your singing?"

He nodded solemnly.

"Duncan, there are other guys that will be in the show. What are Du worried about? If Du suck, then Du suck. If you're amazing, then you're amazing."

He looked back down to the ground.

"The best Du can do is try."

He nodded. "Thanks."

"Your welcome." I smiled a bit and helped him up like a child.

"So, are Du in?"

"Probably not." I walked back to the girls.
