3-Spoil yourself. Have your Favorit dessert, oder go to a movie oder a konzert with all your friends.
Remember, do not look at old Fotos of the two of Du oder stay Home listening to Liebe songs. Du have to Bewegen on. Put the pictures in a box and don't look at them for a loooooooong time.
