#10 - Makuta Teridax (Bionicle)

This is the Makuta that we know and Liebe to hate! He became the main Makuta after overthrowing Miserix. He is the most well known Bionicle villain and lives for quite a long time.

#9 - Newt (The Animaniacs)

I know most people don't count this pooch as a villain, but he is in my book. He tries to kidnap a nerz (Minerva nerz in particular) so he can give her to his master. I know he may not be "evil", but he is still a villain.

#8 - The One who is The One (Witch and Wizard)

This guy is downright despicable! He bans books, science, art, movies, and other fun things! Then he starts to hunt kids with special powers and kills them! In the words of Daffy Duck, "That's Despicable!"

#7 - The Barraki (Bionicle)

The Barraki were once princes who became greedy, and they were banished to the Pit, and became monsters. They were fighting to gain the Mask of Life but were ultimately defeated Von the Toa Mari.

#6 - Devimon (Digimon Adventure)

Devimon is the very first antagonist from Digimon Adventure. He's a Digimon based off the Devil. Oddly enough he is only Champion level, meaning Digimon like Etemon could kick his butt.

#5 - Ghetsis (Pokemon)

Ghetsis may seem like a Pokemon-loving guy, but all he wants to do is kill everything and take over the world! He uses N, an orphan, as a puppet in his evil scheme. That's downright evil!

#4 - Lucemon (Digimon Frontier)

Lucemon is the true villain in Digimon Frontier. He tried to destroy the Digital World twice, both ending in failure. The first time was in the Ancient Digital World, in which Lucemon became corrupted and was stopped Von the Ten Legendary Warriors. The Sekunde time he was defeated Von the Digi-Destined and finally destroyed.

#3 - Arukenimon and Mummymon (Digimon 02)

Arukenimon and Mummymon are servants of Oikawa (who will not be on this list). They were both created Von using his DNA. However, both have awesome personalities Arukenimon is a psycho and Mummymon is endlessly in Liebe with Arukenimon to the point of being a stalker.

#2 - Myotismon (Digimon Adventure, 02, and Fusion)

Myotismon is probably the Fan Favorit Digimon villain. Why Du ask? Because he appears in 3 different seasons!

#1 - Grimmon and Chronomon (Digimon World Games)

Grimmon is the main villain from Digimon World Dawn/Dusk and Chronomon is the villain from Digimon World DS. Both are DS exclusive villains that are both awesome!
