Eventually the sun went down, but Skipper and Private were still asleep. It wasn't long after that when Skipper woke.
S: "Private?"
Private suddenly awoke and yawned.
S: "Private, Du need to go."
P: "Why? Du won't hurt me."
S: "I think Du should stay away from me ... just until Kowalski comes up with a cure."
P: "Skipper, I can't .."
S: "We don't have a choice."
P: "Yes, we do."
S: "What do Du mean?"
P: "Skipper, bite me."
S: "No, Private. Du need to go. It's clear I've done enough Von putting those thoughts in your head."
P: "But Du didn't!"
S: "Then who did?"
P: "I had a dream it happened."
Skipper stopped.
S: "What do Du mean Du had a dream about it?"
P: "You bit me on my neck."
Skipper without hesitation checked both sides of Private's neck. There was no bite mark.
P: "Please, Skipper!
S: "I didn't save from that wolf that night for Du to die Von the same fate a few days later. Do Du know how much pain I suffered while being torn up Von that wolf. He ripped open my gut and finally my throat. I prayed a herz attack would take me before he did."
P: "Oh, dear,"
S: "I'm not going to put Du through that. Also there's the chance once I bit Du a would loose control and ... if that did happen Du won't come back as a lycan. To put Du in that risk to be with Du forever would be despicable. That's one chance I'm not taking."
P: "Okay, b-but I'm not moving until Du are okay with changing me."
S: "Alright, turns out, Du don't have to."
P: "What?"
With that Skipper scooped Private up into his mouth.
P: "No, Skipper! Put me down now! I don't want to leave!"
S: "Private, I'm sorry."
P: "Why are Du sorry? Du saved my life, with no regard for your own safety. Skipper, you're my hero. No condition can change that oder get between us. Even if Kowalski doesn't find a cure you'll always be a part of me. You're in my heart."
Skipper murmered.
S: "I Liebe you, son."
P: "What?"
S: "Nevermind,"
P: "Well, I Liebe you, dad."
Skipper gently laid Private on his back.
P: "I never noticed how soft your pelz is."
S: "That's one postive thought, but I'd trade this hide for feathers any day."
P: "True, being a pinguin rocks."
S: "You're right."
They made their way to the zoo. Quickly passing Von the habitats Julien came from around a corner with Mariuce and Mort.
J: "Ahh! The wolf! He's back for us, now! Mort distract him Von being eaten! Du too Maurice!"
P: "He's not going to hurt you!"
S: "And what do Du mean 'back for you'?"
Ma: "A wolf just carried off with Kowalski and Rico!"
S: "Oh no!"
Skipper leaped onto their H.Q. and rushed in. It was a diaster. Feathers were scattered all over the floor, and muddy paw prints led out the door. The TV screen was cracked and the tabelle flipped over. Von this time Private was off of skipper's back. Skipper's vigorous eyes turned red under the intense anger and hatred he felt.
S: "Micha!"
P: "What are we going to do Skipper?"
S: "You're staying here. I'm going to save our f-family."
P: "We are like a family. Since we are a family that means we stick together. I'm coming with you."
Skipper sighed and smiled a bit at how courageous Private was.
S: "Okay,"
Together they were ready to face Micha as a team.
