I stared at Louis. "Are Du serious?" I asked him. His soft smile told me he was. "But, why me?" Louis looked at me. "Because you're a great friend." I paused. So he only thinks of me as a friend. Well duh girl, Du just met today! "I would Liebe to go Louis. But..." He raises an eyebrow. "But?" I sigh. "I don't have enough money to buy a dress." He laughs. "Money isn't a concern, just buy a dress and I'll take care of it." I smiled. "Could I bring my sister? Ava?" Louis nods. "Maybe Niall could ask her to go." I laughed. "She would Liebe that. She has the biggest crush on him!"

"So is it a yes?" Liam asked when we walked back in. "On one condition," I say, looking at Niall. "You take my sister, Ava, to the ball." He spreads his hands. "Deal." I smile and say, "Well Du guys probably want to-" I'm cut off as my sister walks in the door. "Hey Isabelle, I'm... One Direction?" she gasps. "Ava, hi!" I say hugging her. Niall can't take his eyes off of Ava. "Someone's in love." I hear Harry whisper. "Belle! One Direction is in our house!" I smile. "Yes, well Louis has asked me to go to the Rosewood Ball with him." Ava's smile falters.

"Oh, well I hope Du have a grand time." Niall steps vorwärts-, nach vorn and scratches his head. "Actually, Ava. I was hoping maybe you'd like to be my date." he says sheepishly. Her eyes light up. I haven't seen that since her boyfriend, Eddie, dumped her. "Sure!" she screeched. I smiled. "Well, the lads and I should probably get going." Louis says, clearing his throat. I look at him. "Okay." I sigh. "See Du tomorrow?" he asks playfully. I blush. "Of course." I hug him and say goodbye to everyone else. Once the door closes, I turn to look at Ava.

"You are dating Louis Tomlinson?" she asks, a scream in the back of her throat. I shake my head shyly. "No, we aren't dating. We're just going to the ball together." Ava smiles. "But Du like him." I open my mouth to object, but instead, "Yeah, I do." comes out. She hugs me. "Well I'm tired, I'll see Du tomorrow morning, Belle." I smile. "Night."
"Night."

I sit near the Piano and grab my song book and flip to a blank page. I start scribbling lyrics down.

I stand there watching Du watch me.

I smile at the lyrics. My mind is distant, focusing on Louis. So I like the British boy I know nothing about. Maybe he likes me too. There has to be some interest if he asked me to go to the ball with him on the first day. I start blushing and look out the window. I can see the boys walking away. Louis turns back and stares at the window I'm in. I smile and wave. He lowers his head and then smiles, waving back. I close the curtains lean against the wall.
