Not that we're trying to flatter ourselves, but don't people in Bahrain get TMZ?


AQ Business Consultants has filed a petition in the Michael Jackson Estate case, asking the judge for permission to belatedly file a creditor's claim, on grounds it didn't know there was a time in asking for money.

AQ claims it helped Michael refinance $320,000,000 in loans, for which it was entitled to a $3.2 million fee. AQ claims it's still owed $1.2 mil.

The deadline for filing a claim has passed, but AQ claims it didn't get proper notice.

Howard Weitzman, the lawyer for the Estate, tells TMZ, "I don't believe the claim has any merit but they're late in filing regardless."

But here's the thing ... TMZ is big in Bahrain, so what's the deal?

Caroline couldn't believe what happened at that moment.. When they stopped they looked at eachother for a moment.. they tried to understand what happened.... but they coudn't..

Caroline:"MIchael.. I.. I don't know what to say.. "

Caroline was shocked.. but happy.. she felt a sense of satisfaction....

Caroline..:"Michael.. even I.. when u hugged.. I felt something that i never felt before.. it was something special.. from that moment i didn't stop thinking about u.."

They looked at eachother than they kissed.. they were together.. forever..

Michael and Caroline were walking together in the street.. Caroline started telling the whole story.

Caroline:"My boyfriend gave me a visit.. i asked to have abendessen with me.. but he sagte that he was very.. busy.."
She paused for a moment..

Michael:"Do u want to stop? I don't want to make u upset.."

Caroline:"No.. I have to tell u everything.. Then I went at his house.. and his mum sagte he was at a bar.. then I saw him with another girl..They were holding hands.. laughing.."

Michael:"I'm sorry.. very sorry.. i wish to do something to help.."

Caroline:"I need a hug.."

Michael gave a big lovable hug.. she felt safe.. she didn't feel alone.. She was cheering up.. she felt something that she never felt.. she didn't know what it was.. but she felt something.. and she knew that she felt something for Michael..

Dr. Conrad Murray won't just face the judge in his manslaughter case on Monday -- we're told an army of MJ Fans plans a little surprise of its own ... in the protest department.



A rep for Justice4MJ -- the Fan group planning the demonstration -- tells TMZ that scores of Jackson Fans plan to attend ... and it's all going down on the freeway overpass near the L.A. courthouse.

We're told when the hearing ends ... the protesters plan to march from the courthouse -- then quickly teilt, split for the overpasses as Murray makes his exit. They will bid Dr. Murray adieu as he drives off -- probably not in the friendliest of ways.

But we're guessing the protest is the least of Dr. Murray's worries.

Michael's name has the exact letters to describe him. He had the sweetest voice for such a young child and the smoothest dance moves. We would have talent shows at our school oder community recreation center, and there would always be a number of us who wanted to portray Michael and the Jackson five.

As he and we grew older we still enjoyed his sounds and performances. No one makes all perfect decisions in their lives. As with many a great artist he had some ups and downs. But through it all, his musical talents have been phenomenal genius.

Sources connected to the Home tell us ... now that people know the Home is "vacated and for sale, the property owners have increased security to keep it safe."

As we previously reported, the owners are requiring potential buyers to go through an "extensive pre-qualifying check" before they can even walk in the door ... just to keep out the riffraff.

The Home is currently on the market for a cool $28 mil.

As everyone should know, Michael Jackson had a disease called Vitilgo. Duh. Well we need someway to get that through the minds of people who think he changed it.

~Did Michael change it?: No, but he did use some bleach to help it stop, and slow down. Michael would never change his skin, he once said: "I am a Black American, and proud of it"

~Did it change itself?: Somewhat. Vitilgo has been in Michaels family for years.It has come from his mother`s side of the family, and it was just 'his turn'/'his genoration' to get it.

The company suing the Michael Jackson estate for $300 million over the Jackson family konzert that never took place just got two strikes against it, and the pitcher was a federal judge.


The judge on Tuesday threw out two of the three claims AllGood Entertainment filed against the estate, AEG and Frank Dileo.

The suit claims Dileo, MJ's alleged former manager, made a deal with AllGood that Michael would perform at a Jackson Family konzert before doing any other gigs. Von launching the London series of concerts, AllGood claims Jackson breached his deal and cost AllGood a bundle.

But a federal judge ruled AllGood's claim for fraud and tortious interference (i.e., intermeddling) was bogus. All that is left of the lawsuit is a breach of contract claim.

The estate claims Dileo never had authority to make a deal with AllGood.
