No, Michael had a skin disease called vitiligo. Michael just tried to cover it up makeup. But Du can still see it in many of the pictures taken of him. Just look at his neck in this picture.
Ps: Did Du know that Michael started to wear that one handschuh to try to cover up the vitiligo on that hand.
