Yes, that's her. She was in the front row at the 30th anniversary konzert in NY, and also at Michael's Invincible signing at Virgin records, one Monat after that concert. She was stalking him "everywhere". She knew Michael since she was 13, at first she wrote him letters, and MJ wrote her back. (!!!) Then she started following him, and says she met him many times. Sometimes she even hung out with him. She stayed at Neverland at least once.
