Fuller cheeks,less neck but too much and the other arm other then that great shading :

Honestly? Well...7.5
The hair looks great but the eyes are too big and the cheeks are well...it looks like he hasn't eaten cake for days. I'm not really a master of sketching so I don't really know that part well enough to say anything about it.
