How far in advance are they filming?

...just wondering once Mehr when watching the april fool´s clip... as i originally assumed they´d already finished filming season 5 a while Vor and are now on well deserved vacation for couple of months...
So, does anybody know, how much time there is between filming and US-screening? And, when the shooting for the new season normally starts?
