I'll tell Du my story. I Liebe Harry Potter. For all the right reasons. So one Tag my friend loans me his Twilight DVD and the horror began.

I didn't like the movie. I thought the actors were too forced and forgot to take Schauspielen lessons but it was a laugh. I then realized that this horror was a series of books. My bookworm friend had all the Bücher and I borrowed it from her for a bit of light reading(*grin*).

All would have been fine and I wouldn't have existed on this site had it not been for the words she showed me on the back of the book that sagte 'Move over Harry Potter'. I Lost my remaining marbles and was looking for something in the Bücher that justified this horrendous statement. I found none. Come on. They are nowhere the same. Some shallow, whiny moron who thinks she's better than everyone and lives and breathes for her boyfriend vs The boy who lived. Siriusly people!

Wizards vs Vampires, the epic battle began between me and the Twilighters in the forum. Once I realized how ignorant and stupid some Twilight Fans are, I was at ease. At least the Harry Potter Fans were not as hostile as Twilighters. My faith in humanity restored I continued to enjoy this forum.

1. Hermione Granger vs Isabella Swan
*Hermione is intelligent, loyal, strong, fearless and independent. She has self-respect and compassion that is shown at all times.
*Bella schwan is mostly a pretty bimbo. Even if Meyer made her intelligent it is of no use as she ends up being a loyal maid to the men in her life.

2. Harry Potter vs Edward Cullen
*Harry is noble and brave. He may not be an Adonis incarnation but intelligence is also a turn-on.
*Apart from being good looking I didn't find anything good to add.

3. Ron Weasley vs Emmett Cullen
*Ron is way funnier than Emmett and way Mehr loyal to Harry.

4. Ginny Weasley vs Rosalie Hale
*Both have depth and character development(a little for Rosalie) to them. Rosalie has characteristics of humans (bitchy, jealousy etc) that are relatable.

5. Luna Lovegood vs Alice Cullen
*Luna is crazy and does not care about what people think about her. She is weird in an appealing way.
*Alice is pretty and weird. In the Filme she was laughable. I hate Alice Von the way.

6. Neville Longbottom vs Jasper Hale
*Again Neville was a supporting character that was well developed and far Mehr better than Jasper at the end of the series.

7. Draco Malfoy vs Jacob Black
*Man is he hot! Plus he plays his character so well that it is hard not to dislike him.
*Great body. Good Acting. Bad choice of a movie.

8. Voldemort vs James
*Scary and brilliant. A back story that, at times, makes Du feel sorry for him.
*No idea why he was even included.

9. Potter Girls vs Twilight Girls
*Brave and intelligent beats Beautiful and fast any day.

10. Harry Potter Liebe vs Twilight love
*Harry loves Ginny for her personality, humor and lastly beauty. Edward likes Isabella for ???
*The Liebe between Friends Ron and Hermione is realistic, funny and totally great. Jacob and Bella ???

11. Potter trio vs Twilight trio
*Great team beats Liebe triangle. Plus why does Stewart look stoned most of the time?

12. Potter cast vs Twilight cast
*Potter actors are Mehr critically and commercially acclaimed than the Twilight cast.

13. Severus Snape vs Every sparkling moron in Twilight
*An unrequited Liebe that stood the test of time and ended with his death. A Liebe that can never be bettered Von any vampire oder wizard. True Liebe is Severus Snape. RIP.

And finally,
14. J.K. Rowling vs Stephenie Meyer
*JKR is humble, creative and is a wonderful writer.
*Meyer is arrogant Von calling her book better than classics, unimaginative and a Fan fiction writer.

This is a small dedication to all the Harry Potter and Twilight Fans for the Liebe for their respective series.

ToyletGnome 'Move over Harty Potter' is exactly what set me off too. Can you believe they had the nerve to put it on BREAKING DAWN? The worst book in the series. I was horrified.

sleazy_weasley Yeah, I agree with others, the 'Move over Harry Potter' at the back of 'Breaking Dawn' was the first step for me starting to dislike the series. But I think the characters/actors should not get confused in this article ... I mean, you say Draco, and you say 'hot' next to that. TeamSiriusBlack JK gets critism. I think part of one of her books leaked and people read it before the book came out. She didn't care. She kept writing. Meyer wanted to ends the series, saying it was 'tragic'. Plus, Alan Rickman is cuter than Robert Pattinson.

Bella is a shallow bitch. Why? Well, Edward looks at Bella and thinks "she smells nice" Bella looks at Edward and thinks "OMG He's so hot!" So they're in love. Sorry, I mean they are in lust. It's not love! It's just they enjoy being in love. Bella would datum Santa Clause if he was hot!
And then there's the fact when Edward leaves Bella, she goes straight for Jacob who is the Sekunde hottest guy in town after moping for four fricken months! I mean moping for 4 weeks is ok. But 4 months...

So this club is Potter vs. Twilight, Rowling vs. Meyer, Wizards vs. Vampires. I, personally, my opinion, think that Twilight is better than Harry Potter. BUT I think that there are some redundant things in Twilight. And remember, these are ust my opinions:

-Bella's weakness; She's helpless, and turning girls everywhere into weak, spineless idiots. She's making girls everywhere think they need a guy like Edward to protect them.
-Edward's obvious self-hate; He's a non-cutting emo, for crying out loud! A wannabe! We get it, Eddy, Du don't like yourself....
