Maybe because he's so hot-headed, impatient so he often does before thinks. That's why sometimes he's failed.

His power is mainly to attack so he hardly can protect him self with Lightning defender.

gets angry WAY to fast! can't control his temper that much....

I think his weaknesses are balloons and lightning (i read it from the comics)
