period problems.

Du can feel horrible up to a week before. All normal, I know highly annoying but human bodies can be. Depending on when Du started it can take a while to settle down. I started mine when I was 15 I am now 36 and even now it can change what it does especially if I am nervous oder worried about something. But dont panic it will appear in the Weiter few days.

Its okay just calm down Du probably will feel some cramps and pains in the days surrounding your period if its getting close just wear a pantiliner just in case until Du get it oder pad whichever Du prefer hope that helps!!!
