Forgotten:Welcome home.
The team came back to the cave. They expected a lecture because they didn’t follow orders. Instead of just rescuing Robin they brought three extra people. They got caught which made Dr. Keptic blow up the place leaving no evidence for the league to collect, and all the bad guys got away.
The team walked quietly and slowly into the cave. Batman waited for them at the door.
“Batman!” Robin yelled running to his mentor. Robin stood in front of him smiling, and then his smile faded.
“Do Du remember me?” He asked cautiously
“Yes Robin, I remember you”
Robin hugged him. “I missed Du Bruce” He whispered. Batman hugged him back.
“So nice bat family reunion I guess we’ll just leave” Kid Flash sagte walking away.
“Not so fast” Batman sagte stopping KF in his tracks.
“You all disobeyed orders and got caught. Du all could have died”
“Batman we saved Robin! Isn’t that enough” Wally yelled
“Bat’s it’s my fault. I made them bring the others. I was going to save the scientists with oder with out the team. I don’t think I would be here if the team didn’t help” Robin said. Everyone was quiet waiting for Batman to say something.
“You all adapted to new situations. Good job”
Everyone smiled.
“But Du did get caught so there will be extra training with Black Canary” Batman finished. Everyone groaned.
“Team escorts the professors to red tornado. He will take care of them” Everyone left leaving Batman and Robin alone.
“Dick what happened to you” Batman asked looking at him in his ripped uniform. He kneeled to his height.
“Where are hurt” Batman sagte looking for injuries.
“Batman I’m fine. Just a few cuts and bruises, nothing big. Can I go Home now? I don’t know if Du noticed but I have been gone for a while” Robin said. Batman smiled and stood up.
“Yes let’s go home. I’m sure Alfred will be glad to see you” Batman said. They were both walking to the zeta tube.
“I had Zatarra and Martian Manhunter undo Psimon’s and Klarion’s doings. They should have restored everything Von now”
“Batman” Robin said. “To answer what Du asked me, of what happened to me”
“Yes Robin” Batman answered
“You’ll just have to read my case notes” Robin said.
