"Why is there a $2,000 reward for me being delivered to a certain Jacob Till?" I waved the flyer that had been going around the city in obvious frustration. I made sure to put an extra emphasis on the word Till, with him being Heather's brother and all. Heather looked at me with a blank expression, not what I was expecting. She shook her head back into reality, "I don't know... Maybe it was because Du foiled his life goal at the very last minute?" I sighed, she wasn't wrong. "Hey, that was 3 fricking years ago! If I wasn't a goodie at that time, I would have let him blow the thing! But why now? Why so late?" Heather's only response was to shrug and emerge herself back into her magazine. I groaned. Jacob was bad business to be hanging around. He was probably twice as bad as the Joker, and somehow managed to stay out of public AND keep himself hidden from the police. I don't know how he does it. But that's just the way it was. Afterwards, Colin seemed to appear out of nowhere, and he was able to invite himself onto the couch Weiter to me. I sighed and dug my head into his chest. He let out a low chuckle and began stroking my hair, which I always liked. "Having a hard day?" He asked softly. I managed to mumble out a, " Yes." After a few Sekunden of silence, he finally spoke again, "We could go out for a run, I know that always gets things off your mind!" I immediately perked up, Colin knew me so well. Before he could say another word, I had practically dragged him halfway across the warehouse. Passing an entering Clint and shouting out a, "Bye!" before we left.
Colin was right, getting out of that stuffy, dank, and isolated warehouse DID clear my mind. And tonight, unlike last night, was crisp, clear, and the perfect temperature too. I smiled, looking over at Colin who was running right Weiter to me. I let out a laugh as I flipped over the ledge of a building and rolled over onto the roof of another building. He jumped over with ease after me, landing and then kneeling down Weiter to me. "You're out of practice." He joked. I couldn't help but giggle at his sarcastic-ness, and jumped back up onto my feet. "I am not!" I laughed. He smirked and began to lean in for a kiss. I didn't protest, and pulled him in, giving him a quick but passionate kiss. Pulling back, he smirked, "Shall we?" He motioned toward a jewelry store set across the street. "As an early birthday present?" I asked playfully. We both laughed and jumped off the building into a darkened alleyway, the quickly crossing the straße and slipped to the back of the jewelry store. Colin's eyes started to change from a dull black to a glowing royal blue. Following that, the security controls had a blue mist starting to form around it. Suddenly, the "Armed" light switched off, and I carefully and slowly opened the door. Colin smiled triumphantly when the alarms didn't go off. I giggled at his expression, it was just so laughable! Slowly I waltzed in, Colin walking slowly behind me. As soon as I began to open the case to a brand-new diamond halskette case, the lights flickered on in the store; revealing the long-lost team I had once belonged to. "Uh-oh." Colin mumbled out. The only thing running through my head was: Yep, we're screwed...

This was her chance. Sydney jumped up and swung her arms under her legs so that her hands were in front of her. Quickly she swung around, hitting the guard behind her and knocking him out. Ty noticed, and lunged at her. She quickly dodged, grabbing the key for her handcuffs off the guard with the few Sekunden that she had earned. Before she could unlock them though, Ty was able to get back up and start kicking at her. Sydney dodged almost all, except one that sharply entered her stomach. Stumbling over, Sydney dropped the key, “Crap.” She calmly mumbled. Ty threw a schlagen, punsch at her; she ducked and rolled under him. She grabbed the key and quickly unlocked her cuffs. Sydney sent a schlagen, punsch toward Ty, who smartly dogged it and sent on back in return.
