A double storyline to introduce two of the best DC Comics characters ever.
The Cause Behind the Cowl
Prologue-
The school glocke rang as the students filed in. Barbara Gordon closed her locker and turned to see Dick Grayson smiling at her.
Barbara let out an exhausted sigh and turned to the boy. "What now, Richard? Mehr homework?"
"Nah!" the teen replied. "I just wanted to say hi!"
"Well now you've sagte it. Go." Barbara said, slightly irritated.
"Someone is certainly not feeling the aster."
Barbara groaned and started walking away. Dick followed.
"Why are Du following me?" she asked.
"Why did Du talk to me this time?" Dick asked.
Barbara sighed and groaned again. She desperately tried to think of an answer when another girl walked up.
"Barbara? You're going the wrong direction. English was changed to Room 307!" the girl said. She glared at Dick before snatching the Police Commissioner's daughter away.
Dick sighed. At that moment, his phone rang. Batman's face appeared on the screen.
"No. No. No. And no." Dick began. "I'm in school. If I skip one Mehr day, I'll lose my highest honors."
Batman glared at him.
Dick sighed. "What is it?"
"The Team is heading on a mission to Santa Prisca. They need someone who knows Bane." Batman said.
Richard had ducked into an abandoned hallway, but he still had to be careful.
"Then why don't Du go along?" he asked.
"I'm with the Justice League on Tarin IX." Batman replied.
"And what about the state abendessen tonight?" Richard asked.
"The usual." Batman said.
Dick sighed. "Fine. I'll get Alfred to send in a note that I'm sick."
"Good. Kaldur will be glad to-"
"Grayson?" a voice cut through the air.
Dick slammed the device closed and began coughing terribly.
"Don't even." Barbara said, walking around the corner and putting her hands on her hip, leaning her head slightly to one side. Even upset, mad, and inquiring, she still looked hot to Dick. "Who we're Du talking to about the Justice League and a state dinner?"
Dick opened his mouth but Barbara interrupted him again.
"Don't lie to me."
"A friend in a high place." Dick responded, saying each word extremely carefully.
"I told you-"
"I didn't!" Dick exclaimed. "I'm just not giving Du the whole truth."
"Why not?" Barbara asked.
"One: Du hate me. Two: I can't tell anyone." Dick said.
"Ah, I see." Barbara said.
Dick groaned.
"Can Du say I'm sick today?" he asked.
Barbara opened her mouth, a fiery expression in her eyes, but slowly closed it before nodding.
"Thanks, Babs!" Dick said, running off. "I owe Du one!"
"I'll hold it to you, Dickie." she called after him.
Dick grinned and stepped into a bathroom, his school hemd, shirt off and his Robin one quickly replacing it.

"Sir, the cloning failed. And now the girl is fully trusted Von the others. There is no possible way to-"
"That is false. The girl is mine, and she knows that. However, with the bat and bird protecting her, it will be difficult."
"Don't forget, she has begun dating the silver boy."
"Yes. But is it worth it to own her?"
"Sir?"
"I've seen her work at a small amount of power. I wonder how destructive she can be at full power. This girl can, no, will be, the end of the Justice League."
"Of course, sir."
"Leave me." The girl nodded, her red eyes glimmering in the dark. Then she exited without a sound.
The boy stepped out from the shadows, his yellow eyes darting around the screens. Each screen had a different picture of the same girl. He reached out and picked one.
"We've waited a long time for you, deary. It's time to come home."

I watch Du stand,
Du enjoy,
Du spinn my head,
I know your name, Roy.
Du cant hide,
I will find you,
A guy like you, should wear a warning.
I can see Du now,
I can see Du there,
Watching me,
But maybe, i dont care.
Your red hair,
Your eyes i can watch,
Du Liebe me,
Kick it up a notch?
Babe Du cant have me,
I like to play hard to get,
Du cant catch me,
I'll take my chance, its a bet.
I slip through Du fingers everytime,
I KISS your lips,
I run through your hair,
With my finger tips.
And as my tohuge touched you,
I stood on the ledge, and fell back,
Du try to catch,
But i slipp through.
Your face is stone cold,
But i know your mourning,
A guy like you,
Should wear a warning.
