i feel like such an idiot....

ive written this book called "Remembering You" (some of u may hav heard of it) and i just feel like a total idiot for writin it. the book is sorta like the outsiders Von S.E. Hinton (heard of that?) and....gggggggggggggggrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr, idk what to do!!!!!!! im scared to send it in cuz i mite be accused of plagerism oder something. so, im preparing for the argument. ive come up with things i would say if i hav to fight. like, my very famous line: "Hinton owns the outsiders but she doesnt own the idea of writin about social class rivalries." good rite? which means i can write bout it too. then ive come up with things in common and not in common:
similarities:
-greasers+rich kids
-murder
-main character is a guy

differences:
-theres a main female character
-love story
-events r different

when u read the story, in the beginning, it sorta sounds lke the outsiders. but as u keep readin it it starts to sound completely different. im just so apprehensive. i need a couple soothing words. got any?
