"Bella." Edward sighed, breaking the uncomfortable silence. "I don't know if Alice has already told Du this oder not because she won't let me in her head, but I really like you. I know we have only known eachother for a few hours but every Stunde we have, I have spent thinking about you. And I want there to be an us, if Du do."

To shocked to speak, I nodded.

"Then I think I need to tell Du some things. But may I remind you, we are going 75 miles and Stunde down a interstate and jumping out of the car wouldn't be the best idea." He smirked.

"I want to go first." I finally spoke. I took a deap breath and looked out my window. "First, I'm not going to jump out of the car, oder scream, and say you're a freak because I already know. I know what all of your family is. Vampires. I also know Du don't kill humans because if Du did Hades and Zuse would have your ass." I laughed.

His eyes were wide. "How did Du know?"

"Shhh. I'm not finished." I smirked and looked out my window. "I have met wherewolves, mantars, wizards, elves, trolls, and anything else Du can think of that isn't a human. But untill now I had never met a vampire." I turned to look at his reaction. "I know Zuse, Adonis, Venus, Posiden. Blood my run through my vains, i may have a herz beat, and I may smell human, but I'm not human. Hades...is my father..and Athena...is my mother. They aren't really dead though they had to go back to Olympis and Hell. And I know that this relationship will be Mehr dangerous for you, than for me."

"From heaven and hell." It wasn't a question.

"Yes." I sighed.

"No wonder your so beautiful. I hear Athena is beautiful." He smiles.

"I could Zeigen Du myself sometime." I smiled back. "So Du don't think I'm the freak?"

"No." He shook his head. "I think you're perfect."

I blushed. "Your turn." I quickly turned back to my window in hopes that he didn't see.

"I Liebe it when Du blush." He chuckled. Damn. "Okay, well. Carlisle and Esme aren't my real parents though Alice is my real twin. Jasper and Rose aren't real twins. Carlisle found alice and I in 1918 dying from the Spanish flu. Our parents had already passed. I don't remember them well because as time passes, our human memories are to blury and eventually dissapear. That's why I can't imagine loosing Carlisle oder Esme, because I would rememeber them so clearly and the pain would be unbarable."

I nodded.

"The vampire part wasn't what I was refering to when I sagte 'Don't jump out'. Three years ago...." He sighed. "A three years Vor I met a girl. Her name was Kathrine Peirse. One night we...hooked up." He sighed again. "And a Jahr and a half ago, she dropped a baby off at our back door with a not that sagte 'She belongs to you. She was born three days ago, April 6th. She hasn't been named yet so the birth certificate is blank. I can't take care of her. I'm sorry.'"

I couldn't keep myself from gasping and my hand flying to my mouth.

"I learned later that Kate was a succubus." He glanced up in the rearview mirror and back at the road.

Confused I looked back and saw the carseat base in the middle of the back seat.

I turned back and looked at him. "How old is Adria?"

"She will be 20 months in a few days." He was staring out the windsheild.

"I bet she looks like you." I smiled.

He turned and gave me a confused look.

"Edward. Having a daughter doesn't change anything for me. Because I met the Edward after Adria, not before. You're still going to be the same guy I met. I still want an us."



I had bought all the Bücher I needed for my paper in English and we had just passed the sign that welcomed us back.

"I want to meet her." I told Edward. "I know it's super early but if we are going to make this work it's never to early to just get to know her."

He put the car in park and I looked out my window at a three story white house. I looked back over at him and he had a shy smile.

"I was thinking the same thing." He looked up at me.

He got out and opened my door for me and we walked into his house. I was surprising not the least bit nervous of meeting his parents oder Adria. I was giddy and excited. Alice ran down the stairs first smiling wider than she had when we first met.

"Bella!" She smiled and hugged me. "You're going to Liebe her." She whispered. Edward had explained about everone in his family. Alice's visions, Jasper's mood thing, Emmett strongness, and how Rose hated her life untill Adria came along.

Rose followed with a hug and so did Emmett. The teddy bear. Jasper nodded and sagte hello, as did I.

"Bella." Carlisle embraced me in a hug. "Alice has been talking about Du non stop. It's nice to finally put a face to all the jummble." He laughed.

"Look who's home." A warm motherly voice called from the kitchen. A woman walked in from the kitchen. Her honey colored hair was shiny even in the house. She was smiling. But that wasn't what had made me gasp. It was the toddler hitched up on her hip with a rosa blanket in her hand as she reached for Edward. Her hair was the same copper color and her skin was creamy. She was smiling with her to oben, nach oben and bottom teeth.

Edward took her in his arms and kissed her head. If Edward didn't already have me falling, this little girl in his arms did. Free Fallin'.
