I felt like I sat there for hours waiting for Jake to return. It was starting to get dark. Someone was walking up behind me , but I didn't turn to look. My father sat down Weiter to me. I laid my head on his shoulder. he kissed my hair and held me

"He's coming back. I know he is." I said. My father sighed and got up. I started to get sleepy. I closed my eyes and leaned my head against the banister when a warm hand touched me. It was Jacob he came back. smiled and then my face became serious.

I woke u in the middle of the night to my parents arguing
