When the first grenade was dropped on a nearby building Von a copter in which Crindoela lived blew up, it was chaos. Absolute chaos. People started screaming and running around. The before peaceful atmosphere was now destroyed. Dan Howell peeked through the door and saw several army men sent Von the Germans roaming around killing everyone in sight. The bombs had stopped. Crindoela Wood ran out of her apartment as an army man saw her. He shot in her direction but missed.
Jamie and Victoria had now stopped fighting and were running around. Tom now saw them and rushed to them. They saw a house door open with no men there. Victoria Schmidt started to run there, when an army man from behind Tom shot him in the back of his head. Tom’s body fell to the ground with a thud and a smile to his face. Jamie was stunned. In a matter of minutes, she had experienced a lot of deaths including the one of her boyfriend. The shooter shot at Jamie and would have killed her if not for Victoria. Victoria had come running back and pushed Jamie to the ground. This resulted in the bullet coming in Victoria’s arm. As she screamed out in pain she helped Jamie up quickly and into the house. The shooter had Mehr problems right now. As for Tom, of course he was now in my hands.
The house that Victoria and Jamie had gone in was Peeta’s house. As the two ran up the stairs hurriedly, Peeta closed the doors of the cupboard he was in. In the darkness he could see nothing but he could hear the two girls breath heavily and sob in his room. Peeta, thinking that they were not enemies, came out of the closet stunning the girls. Victoria scrambled back and Jamie screamed.
One of the grenades had blown itself on the path for Vegas. Meaning that Veto Branning, Edward Loodsman, Yuki Xianhao, Lana, Riley Evernite, Kendall Brookes, his girlfriend Serenity Alsopp and siblings Eddie and Kelsey Jenkins were sitting ducks. The other people in the bus were either screaming oder going out the bus. Those who weren’t were in the bus, stunned. That category did not include Chase Trott. Chase had now come out of the bus. Seeing that many people were still in and being nice as he was shouted.
“Come on! Are Du coming oder not?” Chase yelled to the group. Edward seemed to come back to reality Von this.
“He’s right!” He shouted. “Come on now!” Edward got out of the bus followed Von Veto, Eddie, Riley, Yuki, Kelsey and lastly Lana. Chase gestured for them to follow him.
“Uh..why are we supposed to be following you?” Yuki asked skeptically.
“Because then you’d die!” Chase gestured to the parade of men coming their way.
“Good enough reason for me,” Riley Evernite shrugged and followed him. The group followed after them with Lana again being last.
“Where are we even going?” Lana asked. Several heads turned towards Chase Trott. He looked around for a safe, sicher looking place.
“Over there!” He said. Little did they know that Crindoela Woods was also following them.
Dan Howell and Phil Lester were still hiding in their house. There was an army man standing close to their door oblivious to the fact that someone was still in that house. When Phil saw the man he screamed out loud until Dan put a hand to his mouth and glared at him. But it was too late. The man had heard the voice and was now coming to their house. Dan and Phil had no choice but to hide behind the door and lock it. The man tried to open the door but couldn’t. There was no sound. Phil sighed in relief but not a Sekunde later the man pushed the door open. He saw Phil and Dan standing two meters ahead of him. He charged towards them, which resulted in his head bleeding instantly when he hit. Shards of glass rained down on him. It was a mirror.
“Is he dead?” Phil asked. Dan shrugged. The man suddenly groaned causing Dan and Phil to run into the Weiter building.
EC Johnston was leading his girlfriend towards a house which we all should know Von now who’s. In other words –safety. He held Mariam’s hand and ran towards that house. Several army men saw them. Most ignored them thinking that they could do no harm and would die later and others missed their shots. As they reached closer towards the house, they could see a man and his wife being dragged away with blood coming from their necks. Their eyes were lifeless since their soul was not in them. The two men holding them dropped them and shot at EC and Mariam. One missed but the other hit Mariam’s leg. She cried out in pain as the two men laughed at her. EC, furious, ran at them and punched one man on the face. He fell down unconscious. He took his gun and before the other man could react, EC shot a bullet straight through his herz and I took him away. EC picked up Mariam in his arms and with a gewehr in his hand, he entered the house. All I could think was why everyone was choosing this house. Humans confuse me.
Raymond, Adrianna and Minnie were in the Süßigkeiten Shop when the bombs started. Later, when the man had entered the Shop everyone excluding the shopkeeper hid in another room. The shopkeeper was a kind and old man.
“May I help you?” The shopkeeper sagte with a smile to the man. Raymond gasped quietly behind the door. The man stared at him with no emotion.
“Yes. In fact Du can. Where are they hidden? Your customers,” he asked. Then he sagte aloud. “Surrender now! It is hopeless hiding.” The shopkeeper just smiled back in confusion.
“I don’t get customers at this time of the day,” He replied. When the man raised an eyebrow he nodded.
“Then I guess Du are no use to me.” The man said. He shot the shopkeeper in an instant to the head. The shopkeeper landed on the ground with a thud and the man left. Raymond started to sob. He had known the man a long time. Now he couldn’t believe that he was dead. He exited the room and looked at the dead body with sadness. The dead shopkeeper still had a smile on his face. And then the same shooter saw him.
Reese had just entered his car when the grenades hit. One of them hit a house the left of Bunny’s. It exploded killing the widow and her cat instantly. Bunny came out instantly screaming. Reese rushed her towards the car and drove away as another bomb blew up Bunny’s house. Apart from the bombs exploding and people screaming it was silence inside the car. Awkward silence.
“So...” Bunny started.
“Yeah...” Reese replied. He was driving towards Peeta’s house. He knew Peeta and was worried about him.
“About the kiss...” Bunny sagte again.
“No need to talk about it.” He replied yet again. Again. Awkward silence. Except for the screaming and the now shooting.
Felix and Mercy were running away from the three men after them. They soon reached a dark alley. The three men reached the area.
“Where are they?” One of them asked. Another shrugged. They searched ahead but there was nothing.
“They must have gone up the wall.” The first one said.
“It’s worth a try.” The third one replied. They were talking about the Wand that led straight up into the house of someone else. They were right. Felix and Mercy had climbed up a wall. But the one on the other side. They peeked through the window as the three men climbed into the unknown woman’s house. They walked into another room in which they saw were 18 other teenagers...
