"Yeah Hun!!!!!"he hollers back. "WILL Du MAKE OUT WITH. ME FOR THE Weiter FOUR HOURS!!!" Du hear laughing...then falling...then Du see Soda stand up and the bottom of the stairs. "Why the hell do Du want to make out with me when ponyboy is right Weiter to you!"he says out of breath. "Cuz pony won't make out with me" Du say in a 'duh' voice. "Fine let me get dressed though" he then runs up the stairs. And Darry walks out. "What was all that?" He asks "Oh I'm gonna make out with soda for the Weiter four hours because pony refuses to KISS me unless I see gone with the wind with him" Du shrugged as If it was no big deal. "Oh.... well first of all im a wayyy better kisser than soda" he winks. "and Sekunde didn't y'all already see that" Du nod. "Four times!" pony adds. Darry face palms but walks out the door anyway. A few Minuten later Sodapop came down stairs. "You ready for that make out session doll?" He asks with a wink. "Oh Du know it hun" Du wink back. He comes over and sits beside you, he slowly leans in and Du do the same. The Sekunde your lips meet Du hear pony get up. He pushes soda off Du and pony yells "no uh huh hands off she's mine" then starts mumbling stuff Du don't quite catch. He sits down beside Du and presses his lips to yours. Du pull away "I win" Du whisper before Küssen him again.
Du smiled at him, waiting for him to continue. He grabbed your hand. “I thought it’d be the coolest thing to be a train. I don’t even know why. Maybe because they’re always moving, they’re big, I don’t know.” He shrugs his shoulders.
“But as I got older, I realized I was like a train. Always pushing forward, no turning around of anything. From the looks of it, my train was going to end me up in jail.” He stops walking at the track switch.
“(Y/N), Du were like my track switch. My train was headed for nowhere till Du came along. Now I see my train going somewhere, to a house, a family, a life.” He pauses. “And I wanted to say thank you.” He says quietly.
