The Lion King: On of the most darkest Disney Filme of our time.

I have this on VHS for about 10 oder maybe 15 years and I absolutely Liebe it. The story tells the tale of a young cub who is framed for the murder of his father Mufassa(actually Scar killed him with the stampedes) who runs away and befriends Timon & Pumpaa. From the opening scenes to the break taking Musik and Musik Von Elton John who did the song Can Du Feel The Liebe Tonight, The Lion King was the best Disney movie of our time, winner of 2 Oscars back in 1995 I highly recommend all Disney Liebhaber to watch this but if Du have any children then beware because some scenes may make them upset especially the part where Mufassa dies as well as some scary scenes otherwise than that it’s a great movie.

Gleek4ever i do not think that it is that dark. i think the hunchback of notre dame is the most dark out of any kid film ever!!!

LifesGoodx3 I know, a murder was plotted in it.. But, I first watched the Lion King when I was little. It was my favorite movie, and honestly, Mufasa dying didn't affect me then, although it greatly affects me every time I watch it now.

WolfPred I wouldn't call it dark just because of a death.Also,shockingly,I first saw The Lion King when I was 13!
