elizabeth banks was PERFECT as effie! i loved it when katniss almost stabbed haymitch in the hand, and she goes "Thats mahogony!" I watched the movie and it was good i din't Liebe it but it was good even though alot of my Favorit parts weren't in there i know they can't please everyone but still(spoiler alert)peetas leg wasn't amputated and when it first starts gale scares of game for katniss and gale wouldn't do that. I'll admit that I wasn't very confident when I got to the theater. I expected the movie to change everything from the book and make it awkward.... but that movie was PHENOMENAL. Literally, one of the BEST Filme I have ever seen. Sure, they shortened a few scenes and removed some... but it was so CLOSE to the book (some parts even taken straight from the book) and it was PERFECT. <3 I would've liked Mehr cave scenes but what was there was AMAZING. Well damn, the Bewegen was purrrfect. It's crazy how very closely they followed the book, and I loved how they didn't try to cover all the violence and bloodbath, which was as intensely filmed as it was written. Rue's death shattered my petty little herz into a million pieces, which was expected but I still cried a river. They didn't overplay the Liebe triangle, which made me an extremely happy fan.
