	weaslyismyking picked Yes, and I prefer the movie: This movie is so cheesy and the special effects / costumes are sooo bad (it was the 80s) but I love it so much. It's a family/comedy film, so the story line isn't as developed as the tv series' but I love the characters much more. 	Penfolius picked Yes, and I prefer the tv series: I watched it a LONG time ago. But I remember it was really 80s campy. The TV series is much better, but essentially an entirely separate entity.
