Today's the day...

Today's the day...

Today..is...the...day...

"Ok Cody get your act together! It's been 3 years already. Now I think it's the right time to tell Gwen Du Liebe her. Yeah ok."

I started to pace back and forth in my hotel room. Chris had us stay 4 Mehr days in Hawaii for reasons unknown but I think it was just so he could film us before we left for good. Yup that's right the old cast is being booted for the newbies! I couldn't be Mehr pysched. Tomarrow was the Tag we were leaving and tonight was a dumb dance Chris was forcing us to attend and it's the last time I would see everyone. It's another reason why I had to confess my Liebe to Gwen before she leaves with Duncan for good.
I walk back to my mirror.
I look into it.
"Oh yeah who looks good tonight!"
I was wearing just a greyish jacke with a white blazer and slacks. Not too casual oder too fancy.
I took a deep breathe.
"Ok Codemeister let's do this!"
Grabbed my hotel key and I walked out of my room. On the way down, the elevator stopped at a floor. Probably another contestant, and it was Noah.
I've always liked something about Noah, he was a video gamer (a big one too), he always made me laugh, I had a thing for sarcasm, and well we became close Friends during TDA and since we weren't in we had the luxury to hang out all the time while everyone else was being tortured Von Chris. The odd thing thought is that now everytime I'm with Noah my stomach feels full of butterflies. Like light oder something. I don't know really why but everytime Noah smiles I just have the urge to too.
Noah must've sensed I was staring at him because he started to snap his fingers in my face.
"Uhh hello? Come in Cody!"
"Wha-? Oh hi Noah sorry I zoned out." I laughed lightly.
"Mmm. Nice anyway Du ready to get this party over with?"
"No. I mean yes. I mean I just want to see everyone before we leave Du know. For good."
Noah snorted at this. And laughed in this cynical way I can't help but love.
"Pssh yeah right. Chris letting us leave. For good? Nope. My bets are that the newbies will die on the new season and he'll send for us."
Yup gotta Liebe the sarcasm that is Noah.
"Well we survived 2 seasons so I'm sure they can do it. I mean we survived Cheff's food, jumped off 100 foot cliffs, got attacked Von dingos,-"
"Err I think that your the only one who did that last one."
I couldn't help but laugh at this. "Yup I think your right. Well we did have some good times. I did come 3rd in World Tour, we faced our fears, and we..we.."
I cleard my throat. I'm not mentioning that last part. And I think Noah got the hint because he just smiled and turned away.
The last thing was the kiss. Not neccessarily on the lips but yeah... During the big sleep episode in Total Drama Island, I woke up to find Noah and me cuddling with him Küssen my left ear. Before I knew it Noah was screaming, so I just screamed too.
I don't know. We never really talked about. Point being it was uncomfortable and Noah... well last season he told me that he was gay. I'm cool with that because well I'm bisexual so I don't mind. But I don't know it's just....

Whoa guess where on the floor... Wait how long was that elevator ride?
I shook my head and then realized that 10 other people were also in the elevator with me in Noah. Geeze I really was thinking....

Well shaking the thoughts of Noah out of my head I marched out of the elevator into the party were everyone was. And let me tell Du it was Mehr than just a get together with the cast. Chris must've invited the cast of every other reality Zeigen here were so many people! But I can't let that get in the way....
I squeezed through the mass of people on the side and then I saw her.
teal, knickente, blaugrün and black hair parted up with her in a long black dress that showed off her back. She looked breathe taking but it was strange. I didn't feel anything. Like it was just blank, empty. But I felt something...
She was at a tabelle with Leshawna, Bridgette, Geoff, DJ, and surspringly Heather and Alejandro. She was also with Duncan. He had his hand over hers on the tabelle obviously looking at her while she talked and joked with her friends.
"Damn.." I sagte under my breathe.
I walked over casually there.
I waited until she finished talking, then I spoke "He-hey Gwen.."
"Uh hi Cody. Du look handsome."
"You do too. No wait! I mean Du look very pretty.."
My cheeks started burning, while everyone snickered at the table.
"Can I talk to Du for a moment..alone just for 5 Minuten tops!"
Then I saw Duncan's hand squeeze tighter over Gwen's. I swear I heard him growl...
She could sense me getting nervous so then she turned to Duncan and whispered to him something. Duncan nodded, and gently released her from his grip. She pecked him on the lips and then followed me.
We ended up being outside, on a nice grassy area over looking the ocean.
So this was the moment... She was standing there in front of me...
I can do this....
"Ok Cody what do Du want me out here for?"
"Oh yeah...Um well.." Here I go..
"Gwen I Liebe you! I've always had since TDI and I want to be with you!" I shouted. A bit to loud though.
Gwen took a step back, not good, and then she sighed.
"Cody look I'm flattered but-"
I wouldn't let her finish.
"No don't say it's because of Du because it's not! It's all those other guys!"
"Cody no, Du just need to listen-"
"You need to listen to me Gwen!" I was now pleading, " I'm not some possesive guy whose always jealous, oder has a pyscho ex, and I Liebe you! Gwen I-"

"CODY I DON'T Liebe YOU!!!"
Gwen now had anger in her eyes, her fists clenched and I guess I went to far that time.
She looked concerned now, here hands dropping and now she spoke with a calmer tone.

"Cody I..I don't Liebe you. Atleast not like that. Your like a little brother to me. Nothing more. And if Du truly loved me Du would be happy that I'm happy. And I'm happy with Duncan...I'm sorry.."

Now I was the one taking a step back. Then another, and another... Now I was running.
I could here a faint cry of Gwen's voice calling after me, but I knew she wouldn't follow.
How could I be so stupid?!?! I knew she wouldn't say she felt that way.
Ugh!
The anger filled up inside me and I kicked a rock. Hard.
Well so much for the rock...and my heart...
As my anger slowed down it turned into sadness, and my panting to slow breaths.
I was now alone in some grassy area away from Gwen...and everyone...

Then I felt a warm hand on my shoulder. My fists soon gripped harder. If it was Duncan I was going to be tough. I turned around expecting a schlagen, punsch but instead saw worry in the eyes of ...Noah....
"Hey now, your not going to hit me are you?"
Well now even sarcasm couldn't help.
"No...I just thought Du were someone else..."

"Duncan right...well Du don't have to worry. I saw Gwen come in looking all worked up, and then Duncan came to her and now well Chris had Duncan escorted back to his room to cool off because he so heated...I figured that meant your plan failed so I decided to come find your arsch here. And Owen told me about the "plan" thing."

So now I was being mocked Von my best friend. Embarrasing yes, completley like Noah ? Yeah...

"So..are Du okay?"
That though I was not expecting....





Noah's P.O.V.

I stood there now inches from Cody waiting for a response....nothing.
I just saw hurt, pain, and heartbreak from him....
So now I didn't care if Cody was my bestfriend, and my bestfriend only. I did what I wanted to do and what I thought would help him see Gwen was just another girl. I wanted to sau, leistungsbeschreibung him I cared, that I loved....him...

I reached out and hugged Cody. His body stood frozen, then he slowly embraced the hug.
We stood there for a moment until I heard muffling sounds.
I released and little Mehr and looked down at him. Tears were rushing down his face, and all emotions were really coming out. So I just held him close again not caring if my hemd, shirt got soaked.
"She-she she never lo-loved me.."

And that there only made me hold him tighter.
And then I spoke " But I've always loved you.." With that I kissed the oben, nach oben of his fragile head and kept holding him.
As a friend, as a person who cared about him, and as a lover.
Because even if Gwen was gone, I was his someone to love.
