Not a big fan of S1 Sam. And Soulless!Sam isn't really him at all so...
I choose Season 5 - the mature. He was at his absolute best during Season 5. The perfect balance of badass and sensitive.

I agree with @fanfly I did really like S5 Sammy...but I loved S1/S2 Sammy a lot also...I've actually like every variation of Sammy, even S4 Sammy up until this season.

sexy...dont get me wrong im team DEAN all the way but soulless sam not being panzi anymore he kinda acts like dean in season one a total dick and it might jus be me but its hot.
