Supernatural Jake killing Sam, thus Dean making the deal to bring him back, was part of the plan oder Azazel didn't foresee this outcome?

and the part that KILLS me every single time is that .. Sam WOULD have won if he hadn't decided NOT to kill Jake.
rawr >:( bad move Sammy.
i don't think that the other special children were only a mislead for two reasons..YED took Jake under his wing when Sam died and even used him to open the Hell gate and when Sam showed up alive and well Azazel seemed truly surprised and pleased..he certainly didn't see Dean's coming or knew it was going to happen...when he met Dean in '73 he had no ability to see the future or else he would have known Dean was going to kill him..
The whole thing sets up future events perfectly. Dean's eventual death is exactly the impetus Sam needed to started using his powers.
I also wonder if Azazel knew exactly what was going to happen- just like the angels did. It's possible that Zachariah told him (their goals were the same after all, even if their motivations are different) or it's possible that Azazel knew of Chuck and got his info from him. All he'd have to do is set up the dominoes and watch them fall into place.
As for Azazel taking Jake under his wing- again, he's just setting up the dominoes. And his "surprise" that Sam was alive? Demon's are consummate liars/actors (just look at Ruby).
And it's also possible that he knew of his own death. After all, Lilith sacrificed herself to free Lucifer- why wouldn't Azazel be willing to do the same?
i can't help but wonder if sam was met to go to heaven, hell, paradise or where ever he went. so they could do something 2 him.
I can't help but think about what YED said, "are you sure what you brought back was 100% sam." Now he could have just said that to plant the seed of doubt into dean's head....but sam's powers jumped from visions to being able to do a heck of a lot more, and going in the direction of bordering demonic.
At the time, John was still the first option for being the "righteous man" who'd break the first seal. But the demons were also already considering the idea of replacing him with Dean if the opportunity came. Remember how that demon in Crossroad Blues tried to get Dean to make a deal to save John?
