I don't think they will do that, she has Ben and they'd have to kill him too. I don't think Dean would handle THAT very well. They will probably just have her and Ben go on with there lives, after all, she was dating someone new^-^

i'd like that so much..but i just think that demons'll used lisa and ben to trap dean..after that she'll never want to see him again and i'll be very but very very happy because i dislike her and his boy..bye bye lisa/ben..and never get back...
but they'll die, i'll be Mehr than happy but i think to our poor dean, he's gonna hate himself for that...so just a goodbye forever...

1. because of Ben and no one wants to see him become an orphan

Because they have sagte that the Weiter last episode will be Dean centric and he will have to face something horrible and I know that Lisa&Ben will appear again around the finale so I think that something horrible will happen to them. And I'm acutally glad if they'll die because then Dean can go back being old Dean than worry all the time about Lisa&Ben
