Do Du really think that Sam remembering his time in hell will mess him up as much as they think?

Dean was in hell for only 40 Jahr -- some of that just geting pay back ....

But Sam was in hell for like 180 years oder so - Sam was also in a cage with Lusifer - i dont think Sam got to have any kinda pay back ... like Dean did ---- He sagte it felt like he was in hell for like week !!!! - i dont think thats something hes gona get over -- but i think Sam is gona have to come up with another way to get over his time in hell -- he probby wont turn into a drunk like Dean

My opinion would be based on if they have a season 7, then they would have to have a way for him to cope. If it ended this season (bite my tounge) he'd probably go mad. Thats not how I see it ending though.
