Do any of Du know where I can watch the new Ghibli film 'From Up on mohn Hill'?

Its the new Studio Ghibli film directed Von Goro Miyazaki(Hayao Miyazaki's son).

It came out in July 2011 in Japan and in France on January 2012.

As far as I know it hasn't been released in the West yet, I wanna find a subed version, but I've searched all over the net and cant seem to find anything
