Anatomy difference

So this is another rant about Deviantart stuff. Sorry if Du don’t want to hear this, I just had to post it.

I gepostet two pictures to a SONICFANCHARACTER group of Rynk. The Acid-monster one, and the big-ears one. Both were declined. They stated that it was because of poor sonic-anatomy, blatant colors, and other things that would suggest they weren’t sonic-type.

Why wouldn’t it be mobian? I can understand the confusion about the acid-monster pic, but the big-ears pic was plain and simple, easy to see, mobian. There wasn’t anything abnormal about it.

The only conclusions about the big-ears pic is
1. that they stick to Sonic-X anatomy, which would imply I would have to make no necks, tinier bodies, and rounder faces. I am already doubting this, seeing how I’ve seen other people’s art get passed through like that.
2. They don’t like blank backgrounds. Apparently not having completely colorful stuff in the back is bad art. Again I don’t see how that would work, due to sketches I’ve seen, digital and traditional, that have blank backgrounds.

I literally have no idea what was wrong with the big-ears pic.

The acid-monster pic I can live with seeing how it’s a fan-mobian-species, and not official, though that is unfair, and the fact that it’s dark-looking. If that is the case, I’d make it brighter, but I just don’t get what is so wrong about that. Why not let them through, then let the people who view them tell me if it looks hard to see? I know it’s their club, but really, do they have to be so strict? It doesn’t have to be exactly how they want it. It doesn’t have to be normal sonic (tiny body big head) art. Look at Lupe, oder Drago Wolf!

NyoHetaliaCreed I'm sure Vector and Big are canon Sonic characters who don't go with the usual Sonic anatomy, I don't see what makes Rynk and your Acid Monsters so different to the point most people aren't allowing them on dA groups. Some people really need to go and look around at Sonic FCs more.

Sonic anatomy - The advantage to drawing Sonic anatomy is giving the character the sonic feel - which is a good thing. 2. Human figuresque - More appealing and has more visuality but lacks the Sonic feel. (MephilesTheDark) 3. Neither - A totally different style (like Tak's and Serius') Lacks Sonic feel but stylised. There's nothing wrong with drawing in different styles. As long the character is original or interesting and everybody's happy. Almost everybody. The background thing also ticks me off. Does that mean MY art is bad because it has no background? Sheesh! What a group!

MephilesTheDark Wow, that's really stupid. :/ I mean, even the Acid Monster thing not getting accepted? Fuckin' A stupidity right there. Really, who honestly draws in 'official' SEGA style anymore? The official style is boring and displeasing to the eyes! Bah! I say, IN WITH FAN ART.

MephilesTheDark @Tak: I hate DeviantArt too, buddy. v_v Hence why I don't post anything there. Anyway, "You're not good enough" is just fucking stupid. I'm not familiar with your characters or anything, but I know that your art- While not the best around- is certainly damn good enough to get into some general Sonic Art groups. Your style DOES look like Sonic Anatomy, too, so I don't know what they're on about there. :/ If it was a group dedicated ONLY to very high-quality art, then I'd understand.

Sammy was 15 Jahr old Hedgehog as Sonic Fan Character. Sammy was very happy hedgehog all times and likes to play video games and get along with some friends. She was cute hedgehog as Cream the Rabbit and Sammy is trying to be friendly to anybody else. She was kind and respectful hedgehog. She had a good life so far and good experience. Juri Kikku Loamei is a 17 Jahr old orchid dragon from Central Dragon Raw. Kikku is known as the Bone Cracker, because her kicks can break Bones if she swings hard enough. Some say that Kikku's kicks are so strong, it can collapse an entire building to the first level. Kikku started out on her adventure around the world to find anyone who would challenge her to a fight. Kikku is very emotional, and gets upset when someone spreads rumors about her. I loved someone once, and I still Liebe that same person. So why am I alone? Did she die? Is she with someone else? Quite frankly I don’t know.

I can see through the future and the past with ease, but if I were to do that with her future, to see what became, I might break. Will I find out that she was killed? Will I find out that she loved another? Will it be something worse? I cannot bär it.

Some people hate 'em, some people Liebe 'em. Others simply don't give a damn. But what makes the cliche have such a mixed review? Why are there people who like it and Liebe it? Let's find out.

First, we might want to find out what a cliche IS. A cliche is comparable to a stereotype to an extent. A cliche is something that is commonly repeated over and over and over and over and over and over and over and... Du get the idea. Here, I will address two cliches.

So yeah this topic’s been a long one coming. I’ll say right now, for quite a while now I’ve been very happy to see that there are few Dark Characters, and those that are there are done WELL. So this rant is not based on Kürzlich events, it is just advice.

So let’s try to define a dark character. They are basically any and/or all of the following.

~Angsty
~A Daredevil
~Anti-Heroes
~Powerful
~Introvert
~Have a lot of secrets
~Hate everyone
~Act uncaring
~Or simply play the bad boy.

Okay here we go. So Mobius Academy started out, as many know, as a Forum. It was made Von Dargox, and took place Mid-Summer 2012 I believe (or 2011). Many first-time characters appeared there.

I think I got it clear the first time we met, but just to be sure, I'll say it again: everyone has at least one characteristic in particular they can call their own. Yours may be different from mine. For example: I'm certain Du can't alter your structure on an atomic level to create anything Du wish with your body. I, however, can.

I'm used to transforming upon my own will, but the way I teleported was of a rather painful matter nonetheless. If Du want to disagree, Du obviously haven't had all your atoms ripped out of your body, and enduredcan attempt to have them placed back together hurriedly....
