If you mean to waitresses then yes. Most waitresses often work all day through lunch, dinner and have to tidy up, clean the dishes, help the kitchen tidy up after themselves, deal with difficult customers and often get the blame when food tastes horrible even though they are not the ones who prepared it. All this and often on only national minimum wage working between 12-16 hours (part time) a week. Most waitresses live off their tips, and i should know. I am one.

It's not really what we do in Australia... you hardly ever see people tipping(or that i know of i havent seen many)
