-There are a lot of minor inspirations I take and dont make note of. Overall, I think the one that made a notable large inspiration would be Kevin Laue. Look him up, hes great

-I dunno. I 'rely' on many people on a daily basis, but technically I also dont since I dont put too heavy of an expectation for them to do what I need them to do. Technically my stats team to get the work I assigned them to done.
