Playing in the dark make Du jump out of your skin! >.<

for movies, i'd suggest The Grudge oder The Ring... that is if Du want a movie without a happy ending. Try IT oder Rose Red if Du want one of those. They are a bit longer though.

As for games, try Dead Space, it's a pretty damn good scary game.
