Several things: 1. Music 2. Play games 3. Take my dog for a walk oder just play with her. 4. Do some craft. 5. Read 6. Watch TV / Video - usually a good comedy. 7. Cook / Eat / Hotchocolate 8. Work on a puzzle 9. Visit a friend oder invite a friend over 10. Go to the bibliothek and fanpop.

Don't go walking my dog... he's a pain in the neck!
The Mehr trouble he is - the less Du are able to think about what is stressing you. My dog tries to pull me towards the cars - so training her not to do so keeps my mind of other things that I am stressing over.
