No, I actually enjoy it. The movie is not gonna have all the details that the book has obviously but I would still enjoy it. Unless they make the movie half assed then we have a problem.
@Lady_Rebel: Uh, I wouldn't hate Du just because Du don't like it. I like it, but I respect your opinion if Du hate it. Because, everyone has their likes & dislikes.
Not really, except maybe The Twilight Saga. The Filme are awful. I think when a movie is made from a book, it should be directly from the book, like characters, plot, everything. And it should at least be enjoyable.
I'm neutral on this kind of stuff, I'd say... it's 50 - 50.
I'll admit, I really liked the Hunger Games movie, I know some things had to be edited in the movie from the book, but honestly, I can see why they did. ((Since if the movie followed the book exactly, it probably would have been too violent.)) I also liked Coraline a lot. Even though I've never read the book. :P
Now with stuff such as the Twilight Saga, I hate it with a passion. ((But to be honest, I don't really like Twilight in general)) But the WORST movie based off a book I can think of... Just look at the picture, and you'll get it.

i loved the hunger games! the book was better because it was Mehr detailed but i honestly really liked the movie. the hairstyles, especially, and lenny kravitz was perfect as cinna, same with woody harrelson as haymitch.
Me too. :) The Bücher were still better, but the movie was still really good. :) ((Like I sagte though, I can see why they edited certain parts, since if it followed the book directly, it would have been too violent & gory))
No I like it because I can read the book and watch the movie and see the differences and similarities, I only hate it when the book is fantastic and the movie sucks, and the character from the book has nothing to do with the caracther of the movie, hate it, really.
90% of the time I hate it when ANYTHING is made into a movie. If it is a cartoon movie,cg movie, etc I can deal with it but 90% of live action adaptions sucks. One movie which didn't suck in my opinion was the Avengers.
But the Last airbender sucked incredibly. And it shouldn't even be called anything remotely in relation to Avatar the last airbender because I felt it made a mockery of it.
No. I Liebe it when it happens. There is a few I didn't like. For example, Willy Wonka & The Choclate Factory (with Gene Wilder) was a horrible movie. I am glad Tim burton remade the movie. But there are some that are just not movie material and shouldn't be made in one.
Some of them. Lord of the Rings-AMAZING, Percy Jackson-ehhh, Eragon-GET THAT FUCKING THING AWAY FROM ME, Hunger Games-quite good, Harry Potter- 50-50, it really depends.

Lord of the Rings was really good. So was Hunger Games. I also liked the Harry Potter movies.
Since Hunger Games ((I think at least)) was a good movie, but Percy Jackson ((I still think)) was god awful, they changed almost everything from what the book told.
Depends really, I hate it if they miss out stuff like the avox story in the HG movie, which peeves me off since that was one of my favourite aspects of the story.

I liked the Hunger Games movie, and OMG, I almost forgot about the avox story! It would have been nice if they had added that to the movie.
No, Du guys are crazy if Du don't like that they made a movie out of a book than don't go see the movie. Harry Potter, Twlight, The Help,The Hunger Games are epic movies. Now sometimes I agree with some but if I don't like what they've done to the movie than I want watch it duh. Haters?

I don't like Twilight, but I respect your opinion. I haven't seen The Help. And Harry Potter is awesome. C:
It depends on these factors: 1. if the movie was good 2. How close to the book it was, meaning they get actors the kid's age if they need a kid oder something like that. 3. If I like the book a lot, like Liebe it, the movie better be good otherwise I will hate it.
